We have added Help Desk support to our website. This will allow the use of Trouble Tickets for technical support issues. Just choose the Help Desk feature from our menu to enter the system. If you want to submit a support ticket, you must create an account with a valid e-mail address. Please jot down your selected user name and password for future use. Computerworks tech support will be notified of your ticket submission immediately. We are sure that this ticket system will be an efficient tool for the resolution of non-critical support issues. The Help Desk also includes a Knowledgebase and Troubleshooter.. we will be adding items to these areas over the next few weeks.
