Dozens of recent models from Dell and Gateway were shipped with a minimum of RAM installed, in order to offer an attractive price. We have found that 128 meg of RAM is just not enough to run Windows XP.
Adding a single RAM upgrade module will give the system a new lease on life... increasing the overall performance dramatically. When a Windows XP system is short on RAM (memory), it is forced to constantly swap data from memory to the hard drive, even while performing the most simple of tasks. A system with 128 meg of RAM just doesn't cut it with today's applications.
By adding a 256 meg or 512 meg upgrade module, the overall performance of the system is powerfully increased.
Contact us tody for pricing on these upgrades. Free installation is being offered durinmg the month of December. |
